- • You are responsible for account credentials, account activity, and safeguarding your login information.
- • You agree to provide accurate account and billing information.
2. Service Description
Invoke provides AI-assisted audiobook functionality, including coin-based usage and subscription options. Features may be changed, improved, limited, or discontinued at any time.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- • Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or infringing purposes.
- • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, interfere with operation, or bypass security.
- • Misuse the Service in a way that harms the platform or other users.
- • Share, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit generated outputs.
- • Use the Service to create or disseminate content in a manner that infringes third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
4. Generated Content and License Scope
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Invoke grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use generated audio and related outputs solely for your personal, private, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, publish, distribute, transmit, sell, sublicense, publicly perform, publicly display, repost, or otherwise make generated outputs available to any third party, including via social platforms, audio/video platforms, or file-sharing services.
Because user-submitted materials and generated outputs may include or reflect copyrighted or otherwise protected content, no right is granted to exploit generated outputs beyond the limited personal-use license described above. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Invoke and applicable rights holders.
5. Plans, Coins, and Billing
- • Paid features may include subscriptions and one-time coin purchases.
- • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled.
- • Coins are digital service balances for use within Invoke and are not cash or stored monetary value.
- • Prices and plan details may change prospectively.
6. Cancellations
- • You may cancel subscription renewal at any time.
- • Cancellation applies to future renewal periods and does not retroactively cancel completed billing periods.
7. Refund Policy
- • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 calendar days of the charge date.
- • Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case.
- • Unless required by law, refunds may be denied for partially used billing periods, consumed coins, abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
